PACKAGE INCLUDES:

1 & 2 bedroom efficiency suites.
Beach view available. 4 piece bathrooms, full kitchen and electrical appliances, i.e. toaster, kettle, coffee maker, flatware utensils, dishes, pots & pans and a microwave.

TV-60 channels,
High Speed Wireless Internet and EMail
pillows, blankets, sheets, daily bath and tea towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags.

Lots of great hot and cold water. Pull-out couch, screened windows, gas barbeques, picnic area, campfire wood, safe children’s play area, tree rope, (high summer) pedal boats, canoes, single/double kayaks, big red tubes daily.

Coin operated washers and dryers.

TERMS:
Check-in 4:00 pm.
Check-out 11:00 am.

Cash or cheque deposit of 50%. Balance cash or cheque on arrival.Visa/MC accepted for short notice confirmations only, and upon receipt we will mail or fax you confirmation.Sorry no Pets.

GUESTS REQUIRE:
Beach supplies, i.e. air mattresses, beach balls, beach towels, folding chairs, portable cooler, skin protection, first aid kit. VCR and cable, cork screw, large pot for pasta or corn, large salad tossing bowls, and sharp knives, paper towels, sandals, sun umbrella, candles for couples.

OUR BEACH:
Perfect… sand and more sand! Safe family swimming, breath taking sunsets, lovely shade tree, lit beach at night, no rocks, ooze or gooze. Jet ski rentals available at discount rates of 30% for guests.

BALM BEACH:
Family beach. Family arcade, licensed family restaurants, deli, convenience stores(where you can also buy beach supplies), go-carts, mini golf, tennis courts.

BALM BEACH AREA:

3 Golf courses, 3 driving ranges and a few mini golf courses, tour boats, Indian Village, Martyrs’ Shrine, Naval Establishment and take a ride on a replica naval sailing yacht, nature lands, drive-in/walk-in and live theatres and flea market.
